Honolulu, HI - Sunday's game against Kaiser was a heartbreaker for Kalani, as they lost the lead late in a 2-1 defeat.

Kalani Blows Out Roosevelt

Honolulu, HI - The Falcons put up eight runs in the sixth on its way to a 13-2 victory over Roosevelt on Saturday. Cole Romo, Kai Matsumoto, Rayce Manriki, Spencer Kim, Duke Knott, and Cole Amine all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Kalani got things started in the first inning. An error scored one run for the Falcons.

The Falcons put up eight runs in the sixth inning. The rally was led by walks by Matsumoto, Manriki, Knott, and Tanner Heim, a single by Romo, by Amine, a groundout by Kim, and a fielder's choice by Romo.

Honolulu, HI - The Falcons took Saturday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 2-1 walk-off victory over Crusaders. The game was tied at one with Kalani batting in the bottom of the eighth when Jarod Kaneshiro singled on a 1-1 count, scoring the winning run.

Riece Myers took the win for Kalani. He allowed three hits and one run over three innings, striking out one and walking one.

Falcons lose for a second time to Trojans

Honolulu, HI - Kalani watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 12-6 loss to Mililani on Friday. This was the second loss to Mililani in five days.

Kalani out hit Mililani nine to seven.

The Falcons put up five runs in the third inning. The big bats were led by Travis Toyama, Kai Matsumoto, Kekoa Gabriel, Ian Higa, and Cole Romo, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Mililani, HI - Kalani fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 4-2 loss to Mililani on Sunday.

Honolulu, HI - One bright spot for Kalani was Zachary Wong who went 2-4 at the plate.

Honolulu, HI - Friday's game against Campbell was a heartbreaker for Kalani, as they lost the lead late in a 3-2 defeat. The game was tied at two with Campbell batting in the top of the sixth when the Campbell batter hit a doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Campbell pitchers struck out six, while Kalani sat down six.

Walkoff gives Kalani victory over Kaiser and the OIA East JV Championship!

Honolulu, HI - A walk-off home run propelled Kalani to a decisive, dramatic victory over Kaiser, 6-4. The game was tied at four with the Falcons batting in the bottom of the seventh when Kai Matsumoto homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.

Kaiser scored four runs in the third inning, but Kalani still managed to pull out the victory.

The Falcons got things moving in the second inning, when Spencer Kim doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Kalani knotted the game up at four in the bottom of the sixth inning, when Kim singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Kalani routes Kailua 13-3

Honolulu, HI - Kalani Falcons JV weathered a push by Kailua in the fifth inning where Kalani coughed up three runs, but the Falcons still won 13-3 on Saturday.

The Falcons opened up scoring in the first inning. Ting grounded out, scoring one run.

Kalani secured the victory thanks to 11 runs in the second inning. Cole Chance, Kaden Stremick, Brandon Ting, Rayce Manriki, Spencer Kim, and Tyrus Viela all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.

Viela was credited with the victory for the Falcons. He lasted four innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out four and walking zero. Cole Amine threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Amine recorded the last six outs to earn the save.

Falcons fall in heartbreaker 5-4

Honolulu, HI - Kalani stayed in it until the end, but Farrington pulled away late in a 5-4 victory on Wednesday. The game was tied at four in the bottom of the sixth when Farrington broke the tie scoring one run.

Early lead sets stage for victory

Honolulu, HI - Kalani defeated Castle 10-5 thanks to a strong start. The Falcons scored on a fielder's choice by Kai Matsumoto in the first inning, a single by Matsumoto and a single by Rayce Manriki in the second inning.

After Castle scored one run in the top of the fifth, Kalani answered with one of their own. The Falcons then answered when Kaden Stremick's sac fly scored one run.

Kalani pulled away for good with three runs in the second inning. In the second a wild pitch allowed two runs to score for Kalani and Manriki singled on a 2-2 count, scoring another run.

Four RBI day for Adams brings victory for Falcons

Honolulu, HI - Andrew Adams was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Wednesday, driving in four on three hits to lead Kalani past Kaimuki 28-1. Adams drove in three runs on two doubles in the second, and a single in the fifth.

In the first inning, Kalani got their offense started when an error scored a run. The Falcons scored a total of 10 runs in the inning and never looked back.

Kalani scored 13 runs in the second inning. Singles by Ian Tanimura, Jonah Miyashiro, Cole Chance, Kai Matsumoto, and Davis Sato, doubles by Adams, Nicholas Sakamoto, and Adams, a walk by Miyashiro, by Brayden Mitsunami, and a fielder's choice by Mitsunami.

Jace Tsutomi was the winning pitcher for Kalani. He lasted three innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out six and walking one. Ryan Ching threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Ching recorded the last six outs to earn the save for the Falcons.

Honolulu, HI - Kalani defeated Moanalua 2-1 on Saturday, as two pitchers teamed up to throw a no-hitter. Brandon Ting struck out Trent Nakata to get the last out of the game.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Kalani pitchers struck out ten, while Moanalua pitchers sat down five.

Kalani evened things up at one in the bottom of the third inning. Matsumoto hit a ground ball and reaches on an error by shortstop and Stremick scored.

The Falcons pulled ahead for good with one run in the fourth inning.

Honolulu, HI - Cole Amine wasted no opportunities at the plate on Wednesday, driving in six on two hits to lead the Falcons past McKinley 23-1 on Wednesday. Amine drove in runs on a triple in the first and a triple in the second.

Honolulu, HI - In the first home game of the regular season on their new field, Kalani had everything working on Saturday, winning big over Roosevelt 13-3.

The Falcons scored six runs in the second inning.vSpencer Kim doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run, an error scored one run for Kalani Falcons JV, Kaden Stremick doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run, Brandon Ting grounded out, scoring one run, Kai Matsumoto doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and Rayce Manriki singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

Honolulu, HI - In the top of the ninth inning, Kalani tied things up at four. Hiroya Ohuchi's wild pitch allowed one run to score for Kalani.

After the Falcons scored one run in the top of the sixth, Japan answered with one of their own. Kalani scored when Tanner Heim singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run. Japan then answered when Yuga Kurita doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Brandon Ting was on the mound for Kalani. He surrendered zero runs on three hits over three innings, walking one. Kai Matsumoto, Jacob Tokuda, and Jonah Miyashiro each contributed in relief for the Falcons.

Walkoff Single Seals Win For Waipahu

Waipahu, HI - It came down to the last play, but Kalani was on the wrong end of a 9-8 defeat to WHS on Saturday. The game was tied at eight with Waipahu batting in the bottom of the eighth when Riki Nishizawa singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. Despite the loss, Kalani did collect five hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Waipahu had seven hits on the way to victory.

Kalani scored five runs in the third inning. Kaden Stremick, Brandon Ting, and Kai Matsumoto all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Sato toed the rubber for Kalani. He allowed two hits and five runs over three innings, striking out two. Brayden Mitsunami and Cayde Agena entered the game as relief, throwing four innings and one-third of an inning respectively.

Kapolei, HI - The Falcons defeated the Hurricane 10-0 on Friday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Jonah Miyashiro induced a groundout to finish off the game.

Honolulu, HI - Aiea took an early lead scoring two runs in the bottom of the second. Kalani pulled away for good with six runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Spencer Kim to hit into a fielder's choice, scoring one run, Tyrus Viela singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run, and Kody Chang singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Honolulu, HI - The base paths were crowded today for both offenses in a high-scoring game where Farrington came out on top against Kalani, 16-10.

The Falcons struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing FHS, giving up 16 runs.

In the first inning, Kalani got their offense started when Brandon Ting doubled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

FHS pulled away for good with six runs in the third inning.

Kalani scored four runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Kalani was led by Tanner Heim and Kaden Stremick, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Jace Tsutomi took the hill for Kalani. He went two innings, allowing two runs on three hits and striking out two. Brayden Mitsunami, Davis Sato, Andrew Adams, and Jonah Miyashiro each entered the game as relief, throwing two innings, one and one-third innings, one inning, and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

Pearl City, HI - An early lead helped Kalani defeat Pearl City 13-6 on Friday. The Falcons scored on a single by Kai Matsumoto in the first inning, a error during Brandon Ting's at bat, and a triple by Tanner Heim in the second inning.

Kalani pulled away for good with one run in the second inning. In the second Heim tripled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

The Falcons scored eight runs in the third inning. Cole Chance, Tyrus Viela, Heim, Kaden Stremick, Ting, and Jace Tsutomi all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Matsumoto was on the mound for Kalani. He went two innings, allowing two runs on one hit and striking out two.

Mililani, HI - Saturday was a long day for the Falcons, falling to Mililani 13-4.

The Falcons fired up the offense in the first inning, when Davis Sato drew a walk, scoring one run.

Mililani pulled away for good with four runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth, Cayde Agena threw a wild pitch allowing one run across the plate for Mililani, and Agena's wild pitch allowed two runs to score.

Mililani scored four more runs in the sixth inning.

Jacob Tokuda led things off on the hill for Kalani. He lasted one inning, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out one and walking zero. Ryan Ching, Andrew Adams, and Agena each contributed in relief.

Mililani, HI - Despite seeing its six-run lead whittled down by the end, Kalani held off Mililani for a 7-6 victory on Saturday. Mililani scored five runs in the failed comeback.

Bats blistered as the Falcons collected five hits and Mililani tallied nine in the high-scoring game.
